When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be fulfilled within 24h. We always do aim to ship every order within 24 hours during business days. Our warehouse operate Monday to Friday.

Where is my order?
We always ship your order the same day or the day after depending on when you placed your order.We have pick up scheduled by DB Schenker every day at 15.00 at our warehouse and as soon as DB Schenker scans the package at the terminal you can follow your order via the tracking number you got in the email order confirmation.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We use DB Schenker and estimated delivery time is 1-3 days within Sweden from the time your order has left our warehouse.Orders outside of Sweden, we are using UPS. We want you to be aware that it might take longer than 1-3 days for your order to arrive. This is because the package changes shipping carrier depending on what country you live in which will add extra time.Always bring a valid ID when collecting your package.

Why do you charge 80kr for return shipping?
Because it costs money and also from an environmental standpoint. The amount of returns is proven to be less if the return shipping isn’t free.

How do I exchange a product?

How do I wash my product?

Where is your store?

I cant find my size?
The sizes that is visible on the website is the sizes that's available. On the adultclothes the sizes ranges from XXS-XXXL and on kids clothes the sizes ranges from 50/56-110/116. We're always open for suggestions on expanding our portfolio of sizes but most likely for now these are the sizes that's going to be available from us.

I can't find certain products in your webshop. How do I find the product I'm looking for?
The best way to find an item that's not available in on Sqrtncompany.com is to contact us, we will be more than happy to try to help you source the item from one of our retailers.

How do I get sponsored by Sqrtn Company?
We do not sponsor people, we work with what we call ambassadors.The first step to becoming a Sqrtn Company Ambassador we suggest that you send us an email to info@sqrtncompany.com with information about yourself, what you do and links to your social mediaaccounts.

I did not receive an order confirmation?
If you didn't receive an order confirmation when you placed your order, check your spam inbox if the confirmation ended up there.

When can I pick up my order for local pick up in Östersund?
Our warehouse is open Monday to Thursday 08.00 - 16.00 and Fridays 08.00 - 15.00 with exception for special holidays like christmas, new years eve and similar holidays.

If the opening hours changes we will send an email to all customers with pick up orders.
