This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from sqrtncompany.com.

By placing an order

By placing an order trough our site Sqrtncompany.com you automatically agree to these terms listed below.

All orders shipped outside of EU, the buyer assumes all responsibility for import clearance, duties, administrative costs, and any other costs upon import as well as transport to the final destination.

Shipping

We use DB Schenker and estimated delivery time is 1-3 days within Sweden from the time your order has left our warehouse. For orders outside of Sweden, we want you to be aware that it might take longer than 1-3 days for your order to arrive. This is because the package changes shipping carrier depending on what country you live in which will add extra time.

Always bring a valid ID when collecting your package from your DB Schenker agent.

Climate Compensated Freight

The transport sector accounts for about 22 percent of the world's greenhouse gas emissions. That is why we use Db Schenker as our transport company because they are climate compensating for all shipments within Sweden. You can read more about it here.

Complaints


If you have a complaint concerning a product you have bought from Sqrtncompany.com, we advise you to follow these steps:

1. If you bought the product via our website (sqrtncompany.com), send an email with the following information to info@sqrtncompany.com: Order number & the issue/complaint.
2. If you didn't buy it from us but from one of our retailers, we advise you to contact the retailer first. All of our retailers handles their own complaints.

If your complaint is regarding a damage in the transport you need to make the claim within 3 days of recieving your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-10 workdays.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Personal information we collect

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through our site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. On Sqrtncompany.com we are also using third-part cookies from Trustpilot to be able to send out emails where you can review our store.

How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you.
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Your rights

Data retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. 

Undelivered packages & Not picked up packages

If your order isn't picked up from your selected location within 14 days of delivery and returned back to us, a fee of 200kr will be deducted from your refund. 

Renaming & Redirect packages

If you want to redirect your package or change the name of the recipient, a fee of 200kr will be charged via Swish to our company telephone number. After the payment is done we will change the name.
