Where is my order?
We always ship your order the same day or the day after depending on when you placed your order.
We have pick up scheduled by DB Schenker every day at 15.00 at our warehouse and as soon as DB Schenker scans the package at the terminal you can follow your order via the tracking number you got in the email order confirmation.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We use DB Schenker and estimated delivery time is 1-3 days within Sweden from the time your order has left our warehouse. For orders outside of Sweden, we want you to be aware that it might take longer than 1-3 days for your order to arrive. This is because the package changes shipping carrier depending on what country you live in which will add extra time.
Always bring a valid ID when collecting your package.

Why do you charge 80kr for return shipping?
Because it costs money and also from an environmental standpoint. The amount of returns is proven to be less if the return shipping isn’t free.

How do I exchange a product?

How do I wash my product?
Our clothes we recommend washing inside out in 30 degrees.
If you have bought a cap from us we recommend hand wash with a soft brush or sponge, then let it airdry. Follow this link and you will find some tips and tricks we use to wash our caps.
